Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exclusions: Customized, final sale, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.
How to Return

Contact Us: Email support@brodstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Label: If eligible, we’ll provide a return shipping label (return shipping fees may apply).

Ship It Back: Securely package your item and send it back within 7 days of receiving your return label.

Refund Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within the U.S. Simply follow the return process and indicate your desired replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no additional cost.
